THE FIREBOX PRINCIPLE:
Unlocking Motivation That Lasts
Most teams aren’t struggling with effort. They’re struggling with energy. In high-stress industries, motivation can fade fast. Leaders feel it too, especially when they’re trying to launch a new year, a sales kickoff, or a large all-staff event on the right foot. The challenge isn’t getting people fired up. It’s keeping them fired up.
Every person is driven by a different internal fuel. When you understand what lights people up on the inside, you stop relying on hype and start building momentum that lasts. This keynote dives into the seven motivational drives found inside every team, revealing practical ways to spark renewed purpose, boost morale, and keep teams moving even during tough seasons.
Through engaging stories, humor, and interactive moments, Matt helps leaders reconnect their teams to what truly motivates them. Attendees leave energized, aligned, and ready to bring their best long after the event ends.
“He engaged our sales team and sent them out the door ready to win!”
