I think I've always had a leader's heart. At 6 years old, I wrote a note to my parents telling them I was running away to be an "Ice cream man." I also dreamed of one day owning Toy City, my go-to toy store where I spent hours looking over the latest 1980s Transformers.

I never dreamed of working in those places; I dreamed of owning them and leading the way. I never wanted to be a "consumer", I have always felt like a creator. Since starting my first business at 21 years old, I have set out to create and innovate in the world of business.

After 25 years in business and 19 years of speaking and coaching, I’ve learned what top leaders, sales pros, and entrepreneurs all share in common: the desire and drive to improve the world around them. And that is what makes us so unique!

5 Things You didn't Know About Me...

  1. The part of speaking and coaching I love the most is TEACHING. Whether I'm coaching, speaking, or being a dad, everything I do is always with the heart of a teacher.

  1. I was a self-made millionaire by 25 years old through real estate. But because I built it using real estate debt, I also filed bankruptcy by 27. Today my family is debt-free and we have rebuilt a life centered around giving, serving, and peace.

  1. My wife and I have been married for 14 years, and have an only child named Valiant. There wasn't a secret reason, we just liked the name. And we love our little tribe of 3!

  1. I'm a HUGE NERD! Outside of speaking and coaching, I absolutely love collecting and repairing old video games, watching pro wrestling, and I'm a yo-yo enthusiast. Yup... I even bring the yo-yo on stage sometimes!

  1. We have a Dachshund (Weiner dog) named Hudson. He loves sitting in the window sill and enjoying sunbeams, so we are pretty sure he's really a cat.
